Find an explanation in help
Help center → Search article → the step you need
1. Open the help center
Find the help link in the application and select Open help. The help center explains the reader’s tools. For example, you can learn how to search for a word in the Bible.
2. Find the help topics
Open Documentation if the help center first shows an overview page. If the list of topics is already visible, choose an article directly; you do not need to open the documentation again.
3. Choose the relevant tool
Look for Study tools if the articles are grouped by topic. In the sidebar of these pages, you can choose Search directly. Look for the name of the tool you have a question about.
4. Open the Search article
Select Search and read the introduction. What you’ll learn offers two paths: Find a word in the Bible and Read the passage in context. Choose the one that addresses your question.
5. Follow the instructions
Use the page contents to find the relevant section, then follow its steps in order. If a search returns no results, first check the language of your query and the selected category: verses or commentaries. Then try the search again in the application.
Open the feedback form
Feedback form → describe your question → return to reading
1. Open the form
Select the message icon that opens feedback. If the form opens in a separate tab, keep the Bible tab open: it will help you check the passage and describe the problem accurately.
2. Prepare a clear message
Explain what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. For a question about the text, include the book, chapter, verse, language, and edition. If helpful, attach a screenshot after hiding any personal information. You do not need to send a message just to explore the form.
3. Return to reading
Select the Bible tab. If the form opened in the same tab, save any draft you want to keep before using the browser’s Back button. Opening the form does not send a message. If you decide to write, check the fields and confirm submission in the form.
